Every construction project involves similar basic elements, including project planning and budgeting, subcontractor management, materials procurement, and so on. My job is to help you coordinate these elements efficiently and cost-effectively.
I can point out ways to save money so you can devote more of your budget to high quality materials and labor, which means even greater equity at the end. You can also save by doing some of the work yourself.
Residential, Commercial, ADA Upgrades, Tenant Improvements
I specialize in remodels, additions, and other upgrades for residential homes and condominiums and smaller scale commercial projects – medical and dental offices, retail establishments, churches, etc. – as well as ADA upgrades for public facilities and rental units. Call me to discuss your project and how I can help.
Modular Homes
Interested in taking advantage of one of the many high-quality modular home kits that are available? Building a modular home means lower construction costs, faster time-to-completion, and, in the end, a superior quality home. If you have an empty building lot or “tear down,” I can help you with everything from choosing the right kit to managing the entire construction process.
How much do you charge?
I charge a flat fee, based on the size and complexity of your project. I don’t sell materials or take any markups on materials or labor. Everything is totally transparent. I present you with the original supplier and subcontractor invoices, and you write the checks directly to them (after I confirm that the supplies were delivered and the work was done).
Please call or email me to discuss what you have in mind. I’ll be happy to discuss your project and how I can help ensure a successful result.
